Craig Eiland grew up in a farming and ranching family in west Texas and is an accomplished and respected trial lawyer, who has represented clients throughout the U.S. -- as well as internationally.  In addition, he has over 20 years of experience in the Texas House of Representatives.  During his tenure as an elected official, he served as Chairman of the Pensions and Investments Committee and Vice Chairman of the Insurance and Juvenile Justice and Family Issues Committees.  He was also a member of the Business and Industry; Appropriations; and State, Federal and International Relations Committees. 

As a personal injury advocate, Mr. Eiland has represented clients injured while working offshore or in the petrochemical industry, traveling in a car or truck, or from ingesting a defective drug.  He is dedicated to his clients and is not intimidated by the large Fortune 500 companies that he holds accountable for their negligence. He can represent you as a sole practitioner or partner with a law firm that needs a successful trial litigator. 

In his practice of civil and commercial litigation, Craig Eiland also handles cases that involve maritime and admiralty issues, breach of fiduciary duty and insurance claim disputes.  While he prepares all of his cases for trial, he also handles cases in arbitration to resolve all types of legal matters.

David was born and raised in Galveston, Texas.  After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1999 with a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology, he moved to Houston and worked in the national effort to sequence the human genome at Baylor College of Medicine’s Human Genome Sequencing Center.  

David left the sequencing center to attend University of Houston Law Center, where he participated in mock trial, was an editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy, clerked for a small firm and a district judge, and published the original article “The Need for Increased Oversight of Genetic Testing:  A Detailed Look at the Genetic Testing Process.”  

After graduating from law school, David joined a defense firm that specialized in trying pharmaceutical-based lawsuits to verdict.  He spent the first part of his career developing successful trial tactics and witnesses for over a dozen pharmaceutical trials, including multi-plaintiff cases and death cases in Federal Courts around the country.  

Now David is taking his skills to the fight on behalf of individuals who have been harmed.  He is currently serving on national leadership committees for Plaintiffs in two mass tort actions involving pharmaceuticals.  He has extensive expertise in recruiting and developing expert witnesses, trial strategy development, direct and cross examination, and simplifying complex concepts into easy to understand, persuasive stories.

David’s areas of practice include Pharmaceutical Litigation, Medical Device Litigation, Mass Torts, Class Actions, and Personal Injury. 100% of his practice is devoted to litigation.

Patrick was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. After graduating from Lamar University in 2004, Patrick moved to Austin where he served as a Journal Clerk in the Texas House of Representatives during the 79th Regular Session. He then served as Chief of Staff to State Rep. Dwayne Bohac of Houston during the 79th Special Sessions and the 80th Regular Session.​

While attending South Texas College of Law in Houston, Patrick interned for the Eiland Law Firm helping to manage the firm’s Vaginal Mesh MDL cases as well as other commercial and personal injury cases. During law school, Patrick was mobilized and deployed with the Texas Army National Guard to Afghanistan where he served as an advisor to the Afghanistan Uniformed Police.

​After passing the bar, Patrick moved to Victoria, TX where he served as a misdemeanor and felony prosecutor for the Victoria County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. Patrick left the DA’s office there to join the law firm of Walker Keeling LLP focusing primarily on insurance and civil defense as well as some criminal defense. In 2017, Patrick moved back to Galveston where he again worked as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Galveston County Criminal District Attorney’s Office trying all types of cases from DWI’s to Murder and handling the office’s Human Trafficking caseload. Since becoming an attorney in 2015, Patrick has been the lead attorney or assisted in the trial of more than 50 criminal cases as both a prosecutor and defense attorney.
